Dr. Devan Arman
Owner and Founder

Dr. Devan Arman is on a mission to make sure that the community thrives in life, rather than suffers. He is a native of Tennessee, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Health from Middle Tennessee State University.
He has extensive training and experience in pregnancy, pediatrics, athletics, and overall wellness promotion. He has seen results with chiropractic varying from multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, migraines, sinusitis, arthritis, acute pain, and many more. He has also had the opportunity to watch many children benefit from chiropractic care with health issues like autism, ADHD, colic, bed wetting, and ear infections.

Dr. Devan loves spending his time with Antique Vehicles, Sports, Coffee, and as much time as possible with his wife Brooklyn.
Karen Daniel
Karen Daniel was born in Eureka, California and moved to Tennessee in 1976. She is married to Bruce and they have three children, Kyle, Garrett & Jennifer along with two daughter-in-laws Ana & Kaitie.
Karen retired as a pre-school teacher after 18 years of teaching 3 year olds. She has been a member at Unity Chiropractic since October 2014 and started working as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2016.
In her spare time Karen enjoys baking for her side business, Clean Cheats, which includes sweet treats that are gluten, dairy and soy free desserts.

Ashlyn Ries
Ashlyn Ries was born and raised in the great hills of Tennessee - one of the few! She is passionate about people, health, and all things cozy. Growing up with a dad as a chiropractor, it is her delight to be a part of Unity! She gets so excited about xrays and really anything chiropractic. When she has free time, she loves getting coffee with friends, watching sunsets, enjoying a good movie, and being with her family!

She graduated in 2020 from Liberty University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with focuses in psychology, health sciences, and religion, and a minor in creative writing. She is excited about life after college, and so thankful to be a part of the Unity family!
Dr. Jennifer Loveday
Associate Chiropractor

Dr. Jen is a Franklin native-born and raised! She completed her undergraduate studies at Maryville College in Biochemistry before attending chiropractic school at Life University where she graduated Magnum Cum Laude.
She has seen amazing chiropractic results herself-no more acid reflux and better able to handle stress! Because of what she has experienced, she is passionate to help others achieve health in a more natural and holistic way!
When not at the office you can find Dr. Jen with her husband, Nate, and her two dogs, Ace and Cooper, out exploring the area and of course checking out the coffee shops!
Emily Banks graduated from Maryville college in Maryville, TN. She is a native of Franklin where she grew up with a familiar face that you may know at Unity Chiropractic, Dr. Jennifer Loveday. That's right, Unity Chiropractic is so focused on providing a family environment that family is within the practice. However, don't let that fool you, Emily has a background in Human Resources and served the Tennessee Department of Education prior to joining the Unity Team. She is married to Jalen Banks with two children, and enjoys spending time with the family as well as playing with her little ones while uploading adorable pumpkin patch photos on her social network.

Vanessa Curiel
Vanessa was born and raised in Los Angeles but moved to Tennessee two years ago. She is currently attending Motlow State Community College where she is pursuing becoming an Ultra Sound Technician. Family is her priority and they always come first. She grew up in a Mexican household and her parents migrated to the United States when they were 15 years old. Her first language is Spanish and didn't learn English until she started school for the first time.
She enjoys playing with her nieces and nephews, taking frequent trips to Los Angeles, and helping others as if they were her own family.
Colby Nicholson
Colby Nicholson is a quiet but nice young man who is a native of Murfreesboro. He graduated from UTC in Exercise Science with a Minor in Spanish. Even though Colby isn't quite the talker, he is bilingual and loves speaking Spanish. Colby is a big fan of sports and enjoys basketball, football, and soccer.
